DELIVERY POLICY

If the product purchased is found defective, damaged or receive the wrong item, you are required to contact us on Instagram or through email : glogasm@gmail.com, We will get this sorted out as soon as possible.

• Exchange are only acceptable if the product you received is defective or wrong product. Any physical exterior damages on the boxes or product ( dented) are not refundable as we packed all your purchase with love and care. 

• Product(s) sold at mark down prices due to defect cannot be returned.

• Exchange request for a different shade of product is not permissible.

• Glogasm Sdn Bhd reserves the right for final decision.

• Glogasm Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. 

• If the product(s) is being purchased at discounted or promotional price, the amount refunded will be based on the net amount i.e. paid price for the product(s) less the coupon amount as indicated on the receipt. Delivery charges paid in the original order are non-refundable.
